his
ten
year
employment

a
well-known,
education-based
health
food
store
where
he
consulted
with
customers
and
managed
the
store.
He
was
fortunate
to
work
with
knowledgeable
people
and side
by
side
with
two
different
master
herbalists
with
access
to
over
four
hundred
herbs.
During
this
time,
he
also worked
heavily
with
the
public
as
a
nutritionalist
and
herbalist,
and
authored
and
co-edited
a
published
health
and
fitness
“Wellness
Letter”
for
six
years.
Through
much
dedication,
hard
work,
and
access
to
the
right
teachers,
JC formed“The
Trinity
of
Health”
an
approach
to
health
that
views
each
person
in
terms
of
body,
mind,
and
spirit.
He
has taught
this
program
at
martial
arts
schools,
wellness
seminars
and
on
local
radio
shows.
He
then
went
on
to
host
the
“Healthy
Habits
Show”
a
live
radio
show
with
Dr.
Tom
Stone
and
“The
Shift”
with
Dr.
Ann
Hasalone
in
order
to
spread
the
message.
Continually
learning
and
studying
nutrition
and
herbal
medicine
JC
is
enrolled
in
the
CPR
and
First
Aid,
he
is
also
a
Certified
Medical
Energy
Healer,
working
on
a
doctorate
from
the
International
School
of
Medical
Qigong.
JC
is
a
Black
Belt
Certified
instructor
in
Tai
Chi
Chuan
teaching
classes
on
a
regular
basis.
