Massage Chi Kung


Begin each exercise by rubbing the hands together.
Movements can be performed in sets of 24 - 36 X or more.




1. Palms on eyes to temples
2. Back of thumbs from bridge along upper eye sockets
3. Back of thumbs from bridge along lower eye sockets
4. Back of thumbs down sides of the nose
5. Thumbs from chin to ear
6. Fleshy part of thumbs massage temples in small circles, both ways
7. Hands from forehead along top of skull (slicking hair back)
8. Massage ears
9. Cover and pop ears 5x
10. Forefingers drum jade pillow 36x
11. Bend forward, drum jade pillows 8x
12. Rake fingernails from temples to jade pillow
13. Massage neck
14. Massage left trapezium to pectoral
15. Massage right trapezium to pectoral
16. Leopard paw beats sternum
17. Left hand on ming-min point, massage abdomen / solar plexus, circle 9x
18. Right hand on ming-min point, massage abdomen / solar plexus, circle 9x
19. Left hand at waist and massages under rib cage, moving up and half way down
20. Right hand at waist and massages under rib cage, moving up and half way down
21. Rub the kidneys, circle both directions
22. Lightly drum kidneys and circle again both directions
23. Pulling water off the arm, left side
24. Pulling water off the arm, right side
25. Massage knees, both directions
26. Pulling water off the left leg, left heel stance
27. Pulling water off the right leg, right heel stance
28. Monkey jolting up 10x then jolting with heels 10x
29. Monkey jolting down 10x then jolting with heel 10x
30. Gather chi from the universe and seal
